In a little more than two months, the Prince George Cougars will be starting their pre-season.

The Cats released their exhibition schedule Thursday. In total, they will play six pre-season games, including two at CN Centre and one in Jasper.

It starts Sunday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. (Alberta time) at the Edmonton Oil Kings tournament in St. Albert when the Cougars take on the Red Deer Rebels, followed the next day by an 11 a.m. encounter with the Calgary Hitmen.

The Oil Kings will travel to Prince George to play the Cougars on Friday, Sept. 9, followed by a rematch against Edmonton in Jasper, Saturday, Sept. 10.

Then on Wednesday, Sept. 14, the Cougars will be in Kamloops to play the Blazers, followed by a return engagement with the Blazers at CN Centre on Friday, Sept. 16.
