The Cariboo Cougars are holding their annual spring identification camp this weekend. Ice sessions start today at 9 a.m. and run through early Sunday afternoon at the Elksentre.

The Cariboo Cougars are holding their annual spring identification camp this weekend. Ice sessions start today at 9 a.m. and run through early Sunday afternoon at the Elksentre.

Players will be divided into five teams and will begin the camp with practices. The first game is slated for 2:15 p.m. today.

More practices and games will be held on Saturday, and the camp will wrap up with three games on Sunday. The full schedule can be found on the Cougars' website (www.cariboocougars.ca).

The Cougars compete in the B.C. Hockey Major Midget League and will host the 2017 Telus Cup, the national midget championship tournament.
