James Priestner was half a world away on a tour of Southeast Asia last winter when it hit him like a Jordan Eberle slapshot.
Priestner figured he wasn't quite done as a WHL goaltender and wanted to reconsider his decision to retire from the Prince George Cougars. After almost a year without seeing any rubber, he convinced the Cougars to give him a second chance in Prince George, where he's now in a dogfight for the starter's role with 20-year-old Morgan Clark.
