Brew battle withdrawn from Federal Court
A trademark dispute between Caribou Brewmasters Inc. and Pacific Western Brewery has been withdrawn from the Federal Court of Canada. The case was dismissed by consent in early February, roughly 2 1/2 years after it was first filed in the venue.

Alberta man goes missing near Red Rock
A full-scale search for a missing Alberta man was launched this morning in the Red Rock area. Douglas Wayne Bruynzeel, 53, had left a relative's home on Patterson Road East on Wednesday to search of his dog that went missing the day before.

Work scheduled for Highway 97
