One of three people charged as a result of a 2013 Halloween night drug bust, Erin Kathleen Cogswell was sentenced Monday to 138 days in jail for three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Cogswell, who was sentenced in Prince George provincial court, was arrested along with Cody Michael Isaacson and Matthew Deric Nelson on Oct. 31, 2013 after the Prince George RCMP crime reduction team executed a search warrant on a 2400 block Jasper Street home.

Along with a sawed-off .22-calibre rifle, a significant quantity of crack cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine were found and the home appeared to be used to supply lower-level drug houses around the city, police said at the time.

In February, Issacson was sentenced to 289 days in jail for three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count each of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He was also sentenced to a concurrent term of 442 days after he was arrested at the same location three weeks after the first incident.

Isaacson had been released from custody two days after the first arrest, but had remained in custody ever since he was apprehended on the second incident.

Nelson was fined $100 for possession of a controlled substance.
