A charge has been laid against a woman in relation to a death last year of a man who died from injuries suffered when struck while crossing a street in Prince George.
Sherry Leigh Price faces one count of driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act in the Sept. 27 death of Justin Andrew Frederick.
Frederick, who was 24 years old, died in hospital after he was hit near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Voyageur Street.
Price made a first appearance in court in early August. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for early October.
