North District RCMP is continuing to investigate the fatal rollover Saturday on Highway 97 on Austin Road and looking for witnesses.
It involved a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck and occurred at about 12:45 a.m.
"Police believe that excessive speed and alcohol were related factors as well as the lack of seatbelt usage which left one male dead and three others injured," RCMP said.
"The driver of a full sized pick-up lost control and the vehicle rolled across the oncoming lanes of Highway 97 and landed on its roof in the north bound ditch."
The truck's 22-year-old driver could face criminal charges.
