Police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 11-year-old Prince George girl.
Safire Underwood has not been seen since about 10 a.m. Dec. 9 and may be in the company of an older female unknown to police, according to an RCMP news release.
Gary Godwin, media liaison spokesperson, said police have made checks of all the usual places she frequents, to no avail.
Safire is described as an aboriginal girl weighing about 93 pounds. She is about four foot, 11 inches tall with black hair, brown eyes and a fresh scar on her forehead. Anyone with information as to Safire's whereabouts is asked to call RCMP at 250-561-3300.
