Weapons and drugs were taken out of the hands of suspected criminals on the afernoon of June 8 after RCMP members executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1500 block of Queensway.
During the search, police located and seized a sawed off .22 calibre rifle, numerous rounds of ammunition, and a quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine and unknown pills.
A 26-year-old female Prince George resident was arrested at the residence.
Charges of possession of a prohibited firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a firearm while prohibited and possession of a controlled substance, are being recommended to Crown Counsel.
