On Jan. 19 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Aaron Craig Sutherland, born July 24, 1978, after he failed to report to his halfway house in Kelowna from Kent Institution.
Sutherland is caucasian, is five-feet-seven-inches tall, has hazel eyes and brown hair, and weighs 212 pounds.
Sutherland has a history of assaults, property offences, fleeing police, drug offences, dangerous driving, failure to comply offences and one sexual assault conviction. He is considered an opportunistic chronic offender with a serious drug addiction.
Sutherland has some distinguishing tattoos which include a spider cross on the back of his neck and a vampire on his right hand. Sutherland could be a number of places in B.C. as he has strong connections with associates and family in Quesnel, Prince George and Abbotsford.
