Fort St. John RCMP are on the lookout for a repeated court no show.
Darryl Kenneth Dowd is described as 28 years old, 5 feet 10 inches (178cm) tall and weighing 161 lbs (73kg) with short black hair and brown eyes.
According to court records, warrants for Dowd's arrest were issued on November 24 when he failed to appear in court for a trial on counts of assault with a weapon, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, on November 28 when he failed to appear for arraignment hearings on two counts of motor vehicle theft and breaching a release order, and one count each of dangerous driving, fleeing police, break and enter and mischief and on December 1, when a trial on counts of being unlawfully in a dwelling house and three counts of breaching a release order had been scheduled.
"Dowd has been down in the Lower Mainland but was last seen in Fort St. John in December of 2022 and is believed to still be in the Fort St. John area," police said in a statement issued Thursday.
