Robert Lee Milligan, a 32-year-old Prince George man with a history of violence and weapons, was found during a traffic stop in the Lombardi trailer park at about 6:45 Wednesday morning.
Milligan was a passenger in the vehicle and was arrested without incident.
Milligan will be charged with breach of probation and is set to appear in provincial court later today or tomorrow.
RCMP would like to thank the public for assisting with the search for Milligan.
