Mitchell Williams Boreland has turned himself in.

Prince George RCMP say the wanted man did so earlier today (March 4), two days following releasing his information to the media.

The 37-year-old was being sought under the Family Maintenance Act.

A Prince George man, considered to be violent by Mounties, is being sought under the Family Maintenance Act.

According to an RCMP release, Mitchell William Boreland failed to show for a court appearance and efforts to find him have come up short thus far.

Investigators are now turning to the public for help in finding the 37-year-old, but as he’s classified as violent, residents are being asked to not approach Boreland if seen.

He is described as 

  • Caucasian
  • 183 cm (6'0")
  • 73 kg (161 pounds)
  • Blonde hair
  • Blue eyes
