Firefighters were called out to Hart Modular Homes this afternoon after a building caught fire.
In a video supplied by Tabitha O'Donnell to PrinceGeorgeMatters, a structure is engulphed in flames with fire personnel on the scene.
Assistant Fire Chief Kevin Scobie says there were 19 firefighters on scene from four different halls, who did a quick defensive attack on the building.
There were two employees in the structure at the time of the blaze who made it out without incident.
Damage to the building is estimated to be $250,000.
The cause is still under investigation.
