Prince George’s largest medical office building is listed for sale for $12 million.
According to the listing, the 70,596 sq. foot office building, located at 1669 Victoria. St., was built in 1965.
“Centrally located with underground parking. Seller will act as the bank for the right price and the right Buyer,” the listing says.
The building has been listed for sale since January. Tenants of the building include a pharmacy, medical laboratory, doctors' offices and other medical-related services.
