Ewen Craig McDonald, 53, of Vernon was the man who died Jan. 23 when his pickup truck collided with a loaded semi-truck and trailer unit on Highway 5, the BC Coroners Service said Tuesday.
The collision occurred about 18 km north of Blue River at Bone Creek, shortly after 5 p.m.
"Road conditions were noted to be poor with heavy slush at the time of the crash," the Coroners Service said.
