Police have released images from a security camera of two people breaking into a Cowart Road liquor store early Monday morning.

A vehicle was used to smash through a liquor store for the second time in six days.

The latest incident occurred at a Cowart Road location at about 1:30 a.m. Monday.

"Police attended the business and found significant damage to the front of the store, likely caused by a vehicle," Prince George RCMP said.

Images from a security camera of two suspects were issued later Monday.

They show two people, believed to be male, wearing hoodies and masks. One hoodie is dark, possibly black, with an Adidas logo on the chest. The other hoodie is much lighter, possibly yellow.

Damage is estimated at more than $150,000.

The first incident occurred last Tuesday at a Monterey Road location just before 6 a.m.

Two suspects were captured on surveillance camera using a vehicle to gain entry to the business and then stealing several bottles of liquor.

Another liquor store, on Highway 97 near Northwood Pulpmill Road, was robbed on Sunday March 19 at about 4:30 a.m.

"Officers arrived and found that the window was smashed and a small amount of liquor had been stolen," RCMP said.

All three may have been committed by the same people, RCMP said.
