The RCMP's North District major crimes unit released the names of two people who died under suspicious circumstances on Sunday in Vanderhoof.
Blaine Albert Barfoot, 40, and Tara Lee Ann Williams, 29, were found dead in a residence. RCMP spokeswoman Cst. Lesley Smith said the couple was known to local police.
Police have released few details about the case at this point and forensic investigators remain on scene. The investigation was launched Sunday after someone called police to report finding two deceased persons.
