Don’t fall for it, people.
The Vanderhoof International Airshow organizers, an event that takes place on Aug. 6, is warning vendors of a scam that is targeting them.
The Vanderhoof Airshow is not requesting payment through an online Vendor Application Form. Organizers are warning people to not share any information on the form or make any payments.
On their Facebook page Vanderhoof International Airshow posted this statement:
Scam Alert
It has come to our attention that there is an unscrupulous individual possibly representing himself as Andrew or Olivia attempting to collect vendor fees by PayPal as the Vanderhoof Airshow.
Please do not pay! Let us know and if possible report the scam.
