A collision between a semi-truck and a pickup truck about 50 kilometres west of McBride closed Highway 16 for a matter of hours on Tuesday.
Police were called to the scene between Dome Creek Road and Loos Road at about 1:20 p.m.
In an updated Thursday, North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson said one person was taken to hopsital with serious injuries and another suffered minor injuries.
"Road conditions were less than ideal," she added.
