The cost of attending UNBC will be on the rise as the university's board of governors passed a two-per-cent increase to tuition fees on Saturday just prior to approving a $66.3-million operating budget for 2010-11.
The tuitiion fee hike means a full-time undergraduate will pay $4,538, up $89 from the current rate, a graduate will pay $4,221, up $83, a medical student will pay $5,767, up $113 and masters in social work program will cost $4,943, up $97.
