City work crews are dealing with a watermain break on Gladstone Drive near Imperial Crescent.
Residents were advised via a Facebook post to take alternate routes Thursday, Sept. 4 to avoid the work zone.
And another thing: "If you live nearby and your water looks a little funky, don't worry — just turn on the cold water tap (the bathtub tap works best) and run your water until it's clear," the city's Facebook post read.
The work was expected to continue until about 8 p.m.
