Two suspects charged in home invasion

Charges have been approved against two men from an alleged home invasion over the weekend

Brandon Douglas Joseph Deeg, 24, faces eight counts including robbery, using an imitation firearm and wearing a mask with intent to commit an offence.

Cree Indyah Parenteau, 26, faces one count each of robbery, assault causing bodily harm and break and enter with intent to commit an offence.

Both remained in custody as of Wednesday.

The two were among four arrested Sunday morning shortly after RCMP were called to a home on Vine Street. The culprits were rounded up after they had fled by smashing through a living room window, police said.

A third man, Devin Albert Olson, 29, has been charged with two counts of breaching probation in relation to the incident. A 22-year-old woman was also arrested but has not been charged.

All three men are known to the police and courts.
