Prince George RCMP believe the same person is behind a string of robberies that grew to five over the weekend.
They're on the lookout for a non-white man, 18 to 25 years old, 168 cm to 170 cm (5'6" to 5'7") tall, and weighing 59 to 68 kg (130 to 150 lbs) with a thin but athletic build.
The suspect was wearing a black balaclava, black long sleeve base layer shirt, grey "skinny type" jeans and black slip on dress shoes when he walked into a convenience store in the 4100 block of Fifth Avenue on Sunday at about 9:30 p.m. and demanded money.
He fled on foot before anything was turned over.
But on Saturday, a man fitting a similar description made off with cash and tobacco products from a 2900-block Fifth Avenue store at about 10:45 p.m. on Saturday after producing a weapon.
The suspect was wearing a black ski mask, red bandana, black half zip sweater and grey pants on that occasion. No one was hurt in either incident.
Police said similar robberies were committed on Fri., March 4 at about 9:30 p.m. at a 4100-block 15th Avenue store, on Sun., March 6 at about 11:30 p.m. at a 3600-block Austin Road West store - when a female also joined in the robbery - and on Feb. 13 at about 9 p.m. at a 4200-block Fifth Avenue gas station.
