The transport truck consumed in a fiery crash after it slid off Highway 97 near Hixon last month was carrying mail and parcels.
"Unfortunately, all of the Canada Post product was destroyed along with the truck," Canada Post spokesmen Phil Legault confirmed Wednesday in regard to the Nov. 13 mishap.
He advised customers who believe they have not received a specific mail item or parcel to contact the sender. They can also contact Canada Post's Customer Service at 1-800-267-1177 for further information, Legault added.
The driver escaped without serious injury but the crash also knocked out Shaw's internet, phone and television services for a time.
