Environment Canada has ended a thunderstorm watch for Prince George and area.

Dark clouds are descending upon the city and Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Prince George. The watch was updated at 2:03 p.m.

More thundershowers are in Wednesday’s forecast under a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 16 C.

The sun is expected to return on Thursday with a high of 16 C, warming to 21 C on Friday and 24 C on Saturday. Lowes will range from 3 C on Thursday to 9 C on Saturday.

There’s a 60 per cent of showers on Sunday, but it will remain warm, with a high of 23 C.
