Three people were taken into custody early Tuesday morning after RCMP converged on a 2100-block Norwood Street home as part of a weapons-related investigation.
North District RCMP's emergence response team assisted Prince George RCMP in the arrest of two men, ages 35 and 41, and one 50-year-old woman. Their names were not provided.
RCMP were on the scene just after 5 a.m. and the arrests were made about three hours later.
"A Criminal Code search warrant is currently being obtained. Police will remain in the area for a portion of the day," RCMP said in a statement issued shortly before 9 a.m.
