A man who was the subject of a multi-day manhunt in November has been sentenced to time served and two years probation for one charge related to the incident.
Robert Lee Milligan, 31, was issued the term Monday in Prince George provincial court for one count of assault while all six other charges he faced were stayed.
Wanted on suspicion of committing a domestic assault in the Lower College Heights area on Oct. 31, Milligan was arrested Nov. 13, about a week after RCMP issued an alert asking for the public's help in tracking him down.
Milligan, who had been in custody since his arrest, had also been facing charges of assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, obstruction of justice and failing to comply with probation and two counts of uttering threats.
