RCMP recovered two vehicles stolen in separate incidents on Sunday.
Shortly before 7 a.m., they were called to a report of a theft in progress at an Ongman Road business. An investigation led them to Shelley Road, east of the city, where the vehicle was found in a nearby powerline cut.
Two men and one woman were arrested and later released to appear in court in August.
At about 11:30 p.m., they were called to a theft in progress at an 1800-block First Avenue business where they found the gate to the fenced compound laying on the road and a pickup truck missing from the site.
But police said they found one matching the description about four hours later, parked in a parking lot on PG Pulpmill Road with damage to the front end. It is being checked for evidence that may identify the thief.
Also on Sunday, a man and a woman were arrested after RCMP were called at 7 a.m. to a break and enter at a compound on River Road. They were also later release to appear in court in August.
