Construction began on 11 new single-family homes in the Prince George area last month, according to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation numbers released Friday.
That compares to 18 starts during the same month last year and raises the year-to-date total to 110, down from 150 by the same point in 2013.
As for multiple-family, work on two units began in November, the same number for November 2012. Year-to-date, the total now stands at 69, up from 51 by the same point last year.
