A Prince George man has been sentenced to two years and nine months in jail for stabbing another passenger on a city bus.

A Prince George man has been sentenced to two years and nine months in jail for stabbing another passenger on a city bus.

Robin Colin Fleury, 50, was issued the term in Prince George provincial court on May 12 after pleading guilty to aggravated assault from the March 9 incident.
 

Fleury was arrested shortly after the incident and has remained in custody since then. The victim was taken to hospital with a serious leg injury.
 

Fleury was also sentenced to time served for assault and uttering threats from a Nov. 8, 2020 incident.
