There's still time to enter the BC SPCA's sixth annual Wildlife-In-Focus photography contest.

All amateur photographers aged 14 and up are invited to enter the competition by sending their best of B.C. wildlife photographs by Sept. 30.

There are two categories - wild settings and backyard habitats.

Funds raised by the contest directly benefit animals in the care of the BC SPCA's Wild Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) on southern Vancouver Island, where nearly 2,500 orphaned and injured wild animals are rehabilitated each year.

Photos entered in previous contests have been featured in the BC SPCA's Animal Sense and Bark! magazines as well as in BC SPCA educational materials, local newspapers, websites and social media.

Prizes are awarded for the top three photos in each categories; photos must be taken within the province and entered digitally.
