An Environment Canada snowfall warning has been rescinded.

Originally issued Wednesday evening, the warning was pulled shortly after 2 p.m. Friday.

It had called for as much as 25 cm of snow by the end of Friday but Environment Canada backed away from that forecast on Friday morning for the Prince George area, which also includes Fraser Lake and Vanderhoof, before ending it all together.

Light snow continued to fall on Friday afternoon.
