The Transportation Safety Board is investigating after a small plane made an emergency landing Friday on a Surrey, B.C. highway.
A release from the RCMP says the plane landed on Highway 17 at Tannery Road around 6:42 p.m.
Police say neither the plane nor any vehicles on the road were damaged, and the two people aboard the aircraft were uninjured.
They say a preliminary investigation indicated the plane encountered some sort of difficulty, however, the exact cause has yet to be determined.
