Traffic on Highway 16 has been reduced to single-lane alternating with up to 20-minute delays 30 km east of the city where a vehicle recovery is taking place, according to a DriveBC alert issued at 10:43 a.m.
A second alert was issued at 11:04 a.m. for 35 km east of the city.
