A male and a female taken into Prince George RCMP custody Saturday evening are alleged to have a connection to a shooting two days earlier.
The 33-year-old man and 28-year-old women, considered armed and dangerous, were arrested in a vehicle around 8 p.m. near the corner of Estavilla Drive and Highway 97 in the Hart. A search warrant is being done on the vehicle.
Both are Prince George residents and face numerous charges.
In conjunction with the arrests the RCMP serious crimes section conducted two search warrant investigations at two residences in the city, on in the 4100 block of Knight Crescent and the other on Bedard Road. A number of items were seized during the searches including two firearms.
