A high risk sex offender has been released from custody and plans to live in the Hixon area, B.C. Corrections said Friday.
Thomas Marion is subject to close monitoring by authorities and 11 court-ordered conditions.
They prohibitions against attending a public park, school ground or community centre, engaging in activities and/or employment that would bring into contact with children under 18 and consuming any drugs.
Anyone who sees Marion violate any of those conditions is asked to call local police.
