Police were called in to intervene in a confrontation between roommates, late Thursday night.
They arrived at the Milburn Street home to find one of the participants gone from the scene. The remaining roommate was not reportedly injured, but according to police, the attending officers were told the other man "made some comments prior to his leaving suggesting he was going to cause harm to himself."
A search has been underway ever since for the upset man. The public is urged to call in any information that might help in locating him. He is described as a man of Asian descent, about 5'9'' tall, about 220 pounds, wearing camouflage clothing, possibly in possession of two collapsing defensive batons.
Police warn the public to not approach the man, but as soon as is safe, contact police at 250-561-3300.
