Police have issued video from a security camera showing a second suspect allegedly involved in an arson that destroyed a shed in early August.

Sam Anthony Rossetti, 19, has already been arrested and charged with arson causing damage to property and mischief under $5,000 in relation to the August 16 incident at an empty lot in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue near Toronto Street.

But police have not been able to identify a second suspect caught on camera and are asking for the public's help in tracking him down.

He is described as Caucasian, about 20 years old, 173 to 183 cm (5'8 to 6') tall with a thin build, short dark hair with receding hairline and wearing a black track suit, white runners and a black backpack.

The video is posted on the Prince George RCMP's website.

The second suspect is riding his bike by the camera and stopping by the shed.

Anyone with information is asked to call Prince George RCMP at (250) 561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800) 222-8477, online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca (English only), or Text-A-Tip to CRIMES (274637) using keyword "pgtips."
