The clown nos have it with 72 per cent and 723 votes, poll takers are saying "a few incidents shouldn't ruin the fun for everyone", while dragging those big clown feet with 14 per cent and 136 votes is "yes, people hiding their identity with costumes is unsafe", fit to be tied with seven per cent and 74 votes and 67 votes respectively is "yes, but still let the kids dress up because they're cute" and "no, but get rid of trick or treating because it's unsafe."
