It appears the weather may take a bit of a break from the snow this morning (Nov. 18) in Prince George.

Environment Canada says the city will see increasingly cloudy skies today with winds gusting up to 40 km/h through to the afternoon.

After we reach a high of -1 C, though it'll feel like -10 C with the chill, a few flurries could start to fly.

The national service we get up to 5 cm of accumulation as those same wind speeds will spread the white stuff around the ground.

Overnight temperatures could drop to a low of -14 C with the chill.
