Mother Nature is set to honour veterans herself with the weather today (Nov. 11).
Environment Canada appears to predict a decent day to recognize those that fought for our nation, forecasting mainly sunny skies in Prince George.
It will be cold, however, as temperatures will only reach a high of -2 C.
The night is expected to be partly cloudy coupled with 15 km/h winds.
The will drop the overnight low to feeling like -10 C.
Once again, the Prince George Legion is asking residents to not go to the Cenotaph at city hall during the live-streamed ceremony, 10:30 to 11:10 a.m., but can lay a wreath or poppy anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
This is to adhere to COVID-19 safety measures and you're asked to wear a mask and maintain social distance, if you choose to lay a wreath or poppy.
