The threat of rain showers and thunderstorms continue for Prince George.

According to Environment Canada, today (Aug. 20) will be mainly cloudy with showers expected to rain down by the afternoon at a 60 per cent chance.

Winds will also blow in at 20 km/h, which could increase the thunderstorm risk.

Rain, if present, will end near midnight to make way for partly cloudy skies.

Temperatures could get to a high of 22 C, while the low will stay in double-digits to 11 C.
