Heads up, thunderstorms could be coming!
Environment Canada's radar for Prince George is showing potential thunderstorms taking place later today (Aug. 11).
Conditions will start mainly cloudy until a 60 per cent chance of showers rolls in for the afternoon coupled with 20 km/h wins gusting up to 40.
The same forecast is expected for the evening, but rain will be reduced to just 30 per cent.
Temperatures could reach a high of 17 C and a nightly breeze to drop the mercury to 5 C.
