Prince George may get a mixed bag of weather today (July 23).

According to Environment Canada, we'll start with a mix of sun and cloud before moving to a 40 per cent chance of showers later in the afternoon.

This includes a risk of a thunderstorm with winds gusting at 20 km/h.

Conditions will stay the same into the evening hours, rising to a 60 per cent chance of showers and 50 km/h winds.

Temperatures will reach a high of 21 C and drop to 9 C overnight.
