Rise and shine, Prince George!

The last day of March has arrived and it appears conditions are looking better.

But before the sunshine really comes in, Prince George will have to deal with cold temperatures.

Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and cloud among 30 km/h winds heading north.

This will drop the mercury to -23 C in the morning and -10 in the afternoon.

At night, there could be just a few clouds in the sky but winds will still steadily blow over the city.

The overnight low could fall to -27 C.
