Want another cold one, Prince George?

Environment Canada is providing more arctic weather for the northern capital today (Jan. 15), expecting -45 C in the morning and -36 C in the afternoon, both with the wind chill.

It'll be blustery with 20 km/h winds amongst sunny skies from dawn 'til dusk and a daily high of -27 C.

In the evening, clouds will begin to hover over the city, bringing in as much as five centimetres of snow overnight.

The low will drop to -41 C with wind chill.

Environment Canada is once again warning local residents that frostbite can occur within minutes in these extreme cold weather conditions.

A special air quality advisory also remains in effect as of this publication.
