Prince George's snowfall warning is holding strong this morning (Jan. 10).

Environment Canada is predicting between 10 and 20 cm of heavy snowfall to end the work week and winds gusting up to 40 km/h.

However, that wind will become lighter in the afternoon, allowing the daily high to reach -6 C.

The white stuff will settle down in the evening to a 60 per cent chance of flurries and is expected to followed by cloudy skies and 15 km/h winds.

The overnight low will drop to -17 C with wind chill.

Environment Canada is asking all commuters to take your time on the roads as changing conditions could lead to limited visibility in higher-elevated areas.
