Be prepared for a cold winter's night

More of the white stuff is on the way for Prince George.

According to Environment Canada, nearly 5 cm of snow is expected to fall today (Jan. 7) starting at Noon and continuing into the evening.

The morning will begin with cloudier skies and northeast winds at 20 km/h.

Temperatures will drop as a result of the wind chill from a predicted high of -7 C to -17 C.

Winds will shift northwest at night, still at 20 km/h, making it feel like almost -20 C overnight.
