December begins with sunny skies in the morning, according to Environment Canada, with winds starting in the afternoon and gusting at 40 km/h.
The night will be partly cloudy with more clouds expected to roll in by midnight, bringing in a 60 per cent chance of flurries overnight.
Winds will continue at 40 km/h overnight as well, dropping the temperature to -14 C.
The high will reach -11 C, but it'll feel like -20 C with the wind chill.
